We film every parcel as it's opened and check each card against your list.
If a card isn't as described
- Within £2 of the old price? We pay it straight away.
- Otherwise you choose: the new price, or have it posted back.
- No reply within 7 days? We pay the new price.
- Better than you said? We pay you more.
Missing or extra cards
A missing card is taken out of your sale. An extra card isn’t bought, and you choose what happens to it.
Cards that aren't genuine
We don’t buy them. See Returns.
